Newborn Sessions

All newborn packages offer a combination of wrapped prop shots, and expertly posed,

 beanbag shots. Jaime-Lee schedules just one newborn session on any given day.  Book with the certainty that all sessions are baby-led, meaning she works around the cues of your baby.  Allotting plenty of time for feeding, diaper changes, and soothing the baby — Sessions are never rushed! With years of newborn photography experience,

Booking a session with me means creating a calm, comfortable experience where your baby’s safety and your family’s story come first. I focus on capturing genuine connection and delicate details—the little things you never want to forget but know will soon change.

These images become keepsakes you’ll return to again and again, reminders of just how small they once were and how deeply they were loved from the very beginning

Newborn sessions are best booked in the second trimester to ensure a spot on the calendar however you can always message her for availability.

Do you supply props for the newborn session?

Everything you need for your newborn session will be provided. If you have any family heirlooms/blankets or special items please feel free to bring them with you.

 

When will my photos be ready?

Jaime-Lee will try to have the photos done as quickly as possibly and ready for download in a private online password protected gallery for you to view and share with whoever you like. Her turn around time is approximately 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

 

When is the ideal time to do a newborn session?

Newborn sessions should be done between 2-14 days after birth.(But can be done up to 21 days if needed) During this time, the baby is generally more easily pose-able and sleepy to get adorable curled up photos. 

But an exception to this is for premature babies that may require a hospital stay. When a baby is born early ( before 38 weeks), this session will usually be done around the original due date.

 

How do I book my Newborn Session?

Since Jaime-lee offers a boutique experience, She books a limited amount of newborn due dates per calendar month. This leaves room for any newborns that arrive early or late. 

Also In order to guarantee your session, it is best to reserve your spot in advance. (Last-minute bookings are taken on a case-by-case basis). Once the baby arrives, the client simply calls/text or emails, and then the exact session date is determined.

   

Terms and Conditions

Price offered at time of booking is price guaranteed for session.

 Sessions are offered on a first come, first served basis.

​

Newborns portrait sessions are for infants aged 21 days and younger.

If your Baby is older then 4 weeks please contact Jaime-Lee Before booking.

  Newborn Posing is not guaranteed. Jaime-Lee Rodriguez-Seijas reserves the right to do   posing at her own discretion in order to ensure the safety and well being of baby.

 The delivered images are chosen by you - within 48 hours after your session is completed.

​

- All images in your package will be retouched (edited)

NO RAW UNTOUCHED IMAGES ARE PROVIDED

A photographers work is not just about the actual moment captured and how it is captured but about the editing style that goes with it. When you chose a photographer you are choosing their work based on all those aspects. For Jaime-Lee to put unedited images out into the world, it does not represent the true work she does or what her company would like to represent. Jaime-lee Likes to provide her clients with a completed job that she is proud to put her name on.

In case of inclement weather, outdoor sessions will be rescheduled.

 Sunshine cannot be guaranteed.

 

With children of her own and years working with young children, Jaime-   Lee understands a newborn’s vulnerable immune system and takes every precaution   to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of her tools and props.  In cases of   photographer or client illnesses, sessions will be rescheduled.

NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO 

(All phone calls to be made outside the studio)

NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN BY CELL PHONE
